At Auraa Candle, we take great care in delivering our products and adhere to the highest quality standards.

As a policy, we do not offer returns or exchanges on products that are delivered in perfect condition as per the order placed.

However, in the following cases, we will be happy to assist you:

  • If the product is damaged at the time of delivery

  • If the product has a manufacturing defect

  • If the product delivered does not match the item you ordered

Important:

You must contact us within 24 hours of delivery to report the issue.

  • Images of the packaging (if damaged)

  • Returns will only be accepted if the product is unused.

  • Original packaging must be available.

  • Brand label must be intact and not removed.

  • Requests made after 24 hours of delivery may not be eligible for return.

Auraa Candle reserves the right to inspect the product before approving any replacement or refund.
