🚚 Shipping Charges

Most of our products are eligible for Free Shipping.
However, shipping charges may vary depending on:
- Product size or weight
- Fragile or special packaging requirements
- Delivery location

Final shipping charges (if any) will be clearly displayed at checkout before payment.

📦 Order Processing

Orders are processed within 1–2 business days.
Orders placed on Sundays or public holidays will be processed on the next working day.
Once shipped, tracking details will be shared via SMS or Email.

⏳ Delivery Timeline

Metro Cities: 3–5 working days
Other Locations: 5–8 working days

Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary due to courier delays, weather conditions, or unforeseen circumstances.

💳 Cash on Delivery (COD) Policy

COD orders may require confirmation via call or WhatsApp before dispatch.
Auraa Candle reserves the right to cancel unverified COD orders.
If a customer refuses delivery without valid reason, future COD orders may be restricted.

🔁 RTO (Return to Origin) Policy

If an order is returned due to:

Incorrect address provided by customer
Customer unavailable after multiple delivery attempts
Order refused at delivery

The re-shipping cost must be paid in advance before re-dispatch.

Auraa Candle is not responsible for delays or losses caused by incorrect details provided by the customer.

📦 Damaged Package Policy

If the package appears tampered or damaged at delivery:

Do not accept the parcel.
Mention remarks on the delivery slip.
Take clear photos of the package.
Inform us within 24 hours.

Failure to report within 24 hours may result in rejection of the claim.

⚖ Liability

Once the order is handed over to the courier partner, Auraa Candle is not liable for delays caused by third-party logistics providers. However, we will assist customers in resolving genuine delivery issues.
